As the primary client contact on creative projects, Kenzie handles client concepts from start to finish. First, she determines the client’s objectives, takes their vision and develops a creative strategy to achieve it. Then thoroughly breaks the strategy down into smaller projects for each creative providing them with appropriate direction to achieve the project completion. She provides the client with an adequate budget and timeline for the project. With years of experience overseeing and leading creative projects, Kenzie ensures each final project not only adheres to brand guidelines, but is above and beyond expectation of the client and within the project budget.

In addition to concept creation, Kenzie also presents concepts and marketing strategies to clients, prospects and management. This of course can be done both virtually or in person. In a world when so many are comfortable hiding behind a screen, Kenzie has a knack for communication

One of the most rewarding aspects of leading a creative team is motivating the team members. Kenzie enjoys giving recognition when it is due and encouraging all team members to push their creative boundaries. She also doesn’t shy away from lending a helping hand or teaching when the opportunity presents itself. She strives to provide an open, creative atmosphere for the team where each is comfortable knowing one another’s creative strengths and weaknesses in order to complete projects in a timely manner that exceeds client’s expectations.
